Payment and booking terms
Booking and reservation
- A minimum deposit of PKR 250,000 per person is required at the time of booking.
- Balance payment must be made at least 25 days before departure.
- Booking is subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
Cancellation policy
- PKR 25,000 per person is non-refundable if cancelled after booking.
- 50% of the total amount is charged if cancelled 15–24 days before departure.
- 100% cancellation charges apply if cancelled within 14 days of departure or in case of no-show.
Visa and documentation
- Visa processing is included as per the itinerary. Visa approval is at the discretion of the respective embassies.
- In case of visa rejection, only the refundable portion of the package is returned after deducting visa fees and other applicable charges.
- Any additional documentation required by the embassy must be provided by the traveler.
