Tasheer Appointment Booking (Work & Family Visit Visas)

Tasheer is the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ official visa service system, and booking an appointment through it is mandatory for most work visas, family visit visas, and business visas from Pakistan. We book your appointment slot, prepare your documents in advance, and go with you (or guide you) through biometric submission.

How it works:

1. We confirm your visa category (work visa, family visit visa, or business visa) and the documents required for it.
2. We book your Tasheer appointment slot at the nearest available center.
3. You attend the appointment with your original passport and required documents, complete biometric enrollment (fingerprints and photo), and pay the visa fee.
4. Processing typically takes 7 to 14 working days, after which your passport is returned with the visa stamped, or made available for courier pickup.
   This service is especially useful for families in Narowal and Shakargarh who would otherwise need to travel to Lahore or Islamabad just to figure out which Tasheer center handles their case and what documents are needed

GAMCA Medical Token Booking

A GAMCA (GCC Approved Medical Centres Association) medical certificate is mandatory for anyone applying for a work visa to Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, or Oman. We book your medical token and appointment at an approved center near you.

How it works:

1. We confirm which GCC country you’re travelling to for work, since medical requirements can vary slightly by destination.
2. We book your token and appointment at a GAMCA-approved center — commonly in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, or nearby cities.
3. You attend for the medical exam, which typically includes blood tests, a chest X-ray, and a physical examination.
4. Results are valid for 3 months and are uploaded directly to the GAMCA system for your employer and visa processing.

NAVTTC Appointments (All Trades)

NAVTTC (National Vocational and Technical Training Commission) trade test certification is required for skilled workers — electricians, welders, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and over 100 other trade categories — being deployed to Gulf countries. We book your trade test appointment and help you understand what the assessment covers.

How it works:

1. We confirm your trade category and the specific certification level your employer requires (for example, welding position certifications like 6G).
2. We book your test at a NAVTTC-accredited center.
3. You attend for a practical, hands-on skills assessment — not a written exam — along with a safety and PPE knowledge check.
4. Results are submitted to your employer for final approval, and this step typically comes before the GAMCA medical exam in the overall visa sequence.
